Sizing

The Beginner Hoop comes in sizes 40”-44” A big hoop travels more slowly around the body which allowing you to learn how to keep it up. Your height and weight also matter! If you are tall, or if you have a bigger waist, choosing a hoop with a 42”- 44” diameter is ideal.

Is it weighted?

Not in the same way that heavy exercise hoops are weighted! But, it is NOT flimsy and light like many kid’s hoops that you find at the store. It has a good weight to it, and most adult people have great luck at this weight & size of hula hoop.
